spacious room great parking good menu
the room was spacious i also liked the great parking availability the price seemed reasonable i had no issues with the service i found the breakfast adequate with a good choice on the menu
the location is convenient yet the hotel is primarily geared towards older adults i observed very little engagement from the staff with guests not part of organized coach tours

the room included ample tea coffee and biscuits ensuring a comfortable stay the shower facilities were good and there were plenty of towels available i also noticed the bunk bed was secured with a safety rail

The garden area offered such tranquility under the sun. i found the staff helpful, especially levi. underground parking was convenient, i appreciated its ease.
During my visit, i noticed the swimming POOL was unusually cold. It had a slight foam scum near the whirlpool, this detracted from an otherwise perfect day.

great location friendly staff portered luggage
The location was great! the hotel is close to the town centre and pier. i found the staff very friendly. the luggage was portered to my room. This was appreciated.
The bar closed quite early. This was inconvenient for evening snacks.

clean bed friendly staff large room
i found friendly and efficient staff at reception. my room was large and included a very clean king-size bed. there was also a fridge in the room. the bathroom was long and clean with a walk-in shower. soft towels were changed when needed.
i was marched out of the breakfast room early. the reason was because all the tables were booked. i was not allowed to sit there.

the restaurant was light and airy. a selection of cereals and fruit were available for breakfast. a full english breakfast was also available. dinner was three courses with a reasonable choice of menu.
